The major criteria in selecting course developers are mastery of knowledge in their specific specialty, the ability to integrate theory and practice, demonstrated skill in teaching, and the ability and willingness to use CALIMT’s teaching techniques, particularly the ability to organize and document course material so that students are provided with lesson plans, textbooks, notes, supplementary readings, cases, and exercises to facilitate the learning process.
