Can I speak with an admissions adviser?

We would love to talk with you. We may be reached at (888) 943-4622 or (949) 872-2224 from Monday to Thursday between 9 AM to 6 PM and Fridays 9 AM – 5 PM (PST).

What method of payment do you accept? When do I pay tuition and fees?

Payments may be made by:

  • Debit or credit card (Master Card, Visa, or Discover)
  • Check, cashier’s check, or money order (made payable to CALIMT and send by mail to CALIMT, Attn: Finance Office)
  • PayPal*
  • Bank wire** (please contact the Finance Office at finance@calimt.edu)

Payment Plan Options:
Tuition fees for each semester must be paid in full prior to the 1st start date of the class, unless student have received approval from the Finance Office. CALIMT offers several affordable, interest free payment plans for our students. Students paying for tuition or fees may pay through the following methods

  • Payment in Full: Payment of full program tuition is made in advance for all courses to be taken.
  • Trimester Payment: Students pay at the beginning of each Trimester
  • Course-per-course: Students pay at the beginning of each Course / Session ( session A and Session B )

*Min 2% fee will be charged as processing fee
**Wire charges may occur depending on your banking institution’s policies.

What kind of disabilities services does CALIMT offer?

CALIMT will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to the extent that such accommodations are readily achievable. Though the School takes the needs of student with disabilities seriously, it is not able to guarantee that all services can or will be provided. Students are required to provide the Registrar with medical or psychological documentation in order to receive accommodations. All such documentation will be kept confidential.

Does CALIMT offer classes for English as a second language?

No. CALIMT does not offer classes for English as a Second Language.

Does CALIMT offer student visas?

CALIMT does not offer 1-20/visa services.

Can I cancel the enrollment agreement?

You have the right to cancel, without any penalty or obligations, within five calendar days of enrolling and receive a refund of all monies paid, less an application fee of $100.00, within 30 days of cancellation. After five calendar days of enrolling, you also have the right to stop school at any time; and you have the right to receive a pro rata refund if you have completed 60 percent or less of the scheduled days in the current course period in your program through the last day of attendance. You may inform the school of cancellation in any manner, such as email, phone call, fax, and written notice.

How many credits must I take to be considered full-time?

You must take nine credits or more to be considered full-time.

What materials are available in the online library?

Students have access to the Library and Information Resources Network (L.I.R.N.), a consortium of educational institutions who share access to information resources. L.I.R.N offers 24-hour access to a full-text digital archive containing thousands of academic journals, magazines, newspapers, dissertations, reference materials, maps, photos, newspapers, and other media. Information is updated daily to ensure quality and accuracy.

What is CALIMT's student privacy policy?
