Dr.
Singh
A Professional of Human Resources (PHR), Dr. DHARMENDRA SINGH earned his Master and Ph.D. degree in management. The title of his doctorate dissertation was “Study of Motivational Factors of Indian Youth while opting for a Career with Special Reference to Delhi Region.”

Dr. Singh currently teaches business ethics, research, and dissertation courses to online doctoral (Ph.D./DBA) students of ACBSP accredited students at Northcentral University. He serves on a number of dissertation committees in the field of management and human resource management and guides doctoral scholars in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed method of research.


Dr.  Krivokuca
Dr. MILTON KRIVOKUCA is a first generation college graduate. He earned his undergraduate degree in Management Science from the University of Pittsburgh while working full time for a manufacturing company. He later completed his DBA and began instructing ASQ refresher courses for California State University Dominguez Hills. After advancing through various positions, he was elected chair of the ASQ QMD for the 2012-2013 term.

Dr. Krivokuca frequently receives invitations to lecture at conferences and seminars, both domestic and international, as well as to teach at other local colleges and universities. He is a contributing author to the 4th edition of the CMQ/OE Handbook and several other ASQ training modules.


Dr.
Lanza
Dr. KERRY LANZA has an extensive list of international business experience. He has been involved in business transactions involving countries from Brazil in South America to Europe to China and Singapore in Asia. Through these experiences, Dr. Lanza has gained valuable insight into the cultural aspects of international business as well as the necessary processes, regulations, and strategies of being successful in a global economy. He currently works at Air Products and Chemicals in Pennsylvania as the Marketing and Business Development Leader.

His passion is fly-fishing but also enjoys camping, hiking, horseback riding, and just being outside.


Dr.
Patel
Dr. BINA PATEL received a Doctorate in Conflict Resolution and peacekeeping Analysis in 2014. Though she has worked in a number of global markets, Dr. Patel’s focus has been on the Middle Eastern nations which she studied extensively while completing her dissertation. She has frequently published on topics ranging from business in various countries, workforce diversity, and gender roles and ethics in international culture.

Dr. Patel is a strong advocate of education. She believes in bridging theory with practice. She is also an avid college football fanatic and lives for Gator football. Go Gators!
