CALIMT offers top-notch technical support allowing students to study at ease. The IT support team provides a service called “remote support.” It helps find the root cause of the complex errors that students may experience. Remote support service is offered by the IT support team to those who cannot resolve their issues over email or phone. Remote support requires the student to allow the IT support team to access his or her computer and control the mouse to do a thorough system check. This can be arranged by the IT support team as needed.
